Pool Heat
We charge an additional $50/day fee to heat the pool and spa. In order to operate the hot tub, pool heat is required as the hot tub and pool share the same heater. For those traveling in the summer, you may find this unnecessary, but during the cooler months (November, December, January, February, and March), it can make your stay much more comfortable.
If you would like to add pool heat, please request it at the time of booking so we can coordinate and have it ready for your arrival. Please note: Pool heat is mandatory for every day of your stay during these months.

10 guests Maximum. If you bring more guests than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per human over said number, and will be considered a breach of the reservation rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.

We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

2 vehicle max, in driveway only. Garage is not available for use.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.

Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee are NOT provided.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages

Pet Policy
We welcome up to two pets at the property. The fee is $100 per pet. Please ensure pets are disclosed at the time of booking to avoid additional charges or penalties.

Please note, the dishwasher is not part of the amenities and is not available for use during your stay. Thank you for understanding!
